What is Airline Gripe about?

Airline Gripe is designed to provide raw, hard-hitting customer feedback to airline companies. Because lets face it... there are problems in any business and the right people aren't always aware that they exist. Post your Gripe or Praise on AirlineGripe.com and share it with the world, if others agree and enough support is behind a gripe, the Airline can't exactly ignore it.. something will have to be done!

Why should I submit a gripe?

Sometimes submitting a formal complaint can be too much effort and result in no change. Airline Gripe is a way for you to publicly voice your opinions and provide both negative and positive feedback. We will do our best to inform the right people of your gripe and encourage them to comment on the problem.

Simply any feedback, issues or complaints you have about any airline.

All gripes are reviewed before being posted. This is to prevent overly offensive and off-topic complaints. Your Gripe should be reviewed and posted within 24 hours.

Send an email to edit@airlinegripe.com please include the title of the gripe and what you would like changed.

I would like to remove a gripe I have posted

No problem, simply send an email to edit@airlinegripe.com stating the title of the gripe you would like removed and the email address entered when you submitted the gripe.
